Hello Reyad,
Although there should be no limit on the maximum count of concurrent sessions configured, you may want to configure an explicit upper limit using the command sessions max limit 200 in your bba-group pppoe global configuration.
If this does not help, I suggest running the show idb command when the maximum number of PPPoE sessions is reached, and verifying whether the maximum number of IDBs (a data structure created for each interface - each platform has a different limit on their count) has been reached as well - observe the first line in the output of this command.
Let us know please about your findings.
Best regards,
Peter

Hello Peter , and thank you for your reply
i already configure the max sessions to 1400 , and the shi idb is
NDC_MAIN#show idb
Maximum number of Software IDBs 1400. In use 121.
HWIDBs SWIDBs
Active 110 112
Inactive 9 9
Total IDBs 119 121
Size each (bytes) 2936 1288
Total bytes 349384 155848
Type SIdx Idx St,O,Sh Interface Name (subblocks)
---------------------------------------------------
the connected users now is 85

Reyad,
I would the sugest using the following debug commands:
debug pppoe errors
debug pppoe events
and verifying what happens in the moments of congestion.
Best regards,
Peter
