Hi All,
Can someone help me with a design challenge i am facing, and how i can overcome the same.
My setup looks like below. I fear if routes will be reflected all the way to R1 and R2

Hello sreenath1987,
if you are using iBGP sessions on loopbacks and the Route Reflector servers have iBGP sessions with R1 - R4 loopback addresses all declared as route-reflector clients, reflection will happen until at least one device R3 or R4 is alive.
The route reflector client does not need a direct link to RRS, in iBGP the default TTL is 255 and not 1 like in eBGP.
R3 and R4 could be a better choice for the role of RRS as noted by Martin, but your network design is supported.
Hope to help
Giuseppe
