I have a new Cisco 7304 and PA-A6-E3 interface card with the c7300-p-mz.122-31.SB5.bin software. It runs BGP as dynamic routing protocol on it. Unfortunately the following error meassage occures time to time:
1w2d: %PXF_CLIENT_VTMS-4-PXF_TO_RP_BLOCKED: The PXF to RP path would have frozen for 184 seconds; corrected.
1w2d: %PXF_CLIENT_VTMS-4-PXF_TO_RP_Q_BLOCKED: A PXF to RP queue would have frozen for 2031 milliseconds; corrected.
1w2d: %PXF_CLIENT_VTMS-4-PXF_TO_RP_BLOCKED: The PXF to RP path would have frozen for 10 seconds; corrected.
1w2d: %PXF_CLIENT_VTMS-4-PXF_TO_RP_Q_BLOCKED: A PXF to RP queue would have frozen for 1007 milliseconds; corrected.
BGP neighborship goes down and can not recover itself until manually clearing the BGP session.
I checked the CCO and found a bug with CSCee78444 bug ID. It just covers our situation. It seems the bug is fixed in 12.2(31)SB3 but the problem is continuing.
Is there any recommendation to fix the problem?
