Hi,
Can you please sugget the cable type for the card NM-1T3/E3 , when i checked in cisco the cable type metioned was CAB-E1-BNC E1, but i'm worried it has shown E1 type cable.
Does the same cable CAB-E1-BNC E1 work for both E1 and E3 links.
Please advice.
Regards,
Sat.

No it does not.
T3/E3 uses 75 Ohm cable with BNC connectos that you can make yourself or by any radio shop.

Hi Sat,
For NM-1T3/E3, there is no possibility (as far as I could check) of using E-1 cable. The E-1/T-1 cable could be (for VWICs) any RJ-45 UTP Cable, however for DS-3(or T3/E3) it has to be a coax.
HTH,
Kind Regards

Hi,
The Cisco T3/E3 Network Module provides direct connectivity to a T3 line for full-duplex
communications at the T3 rate of 44.736 MHz and full-duplex E3 communications at 34.368
MHz. Each T3 or E3 port consists of a pair of 75-ohm BNC coaxial connectors (Type RG-59),
one for transmit data and one for receive data, along with six LED indicators for line
status. The Cisco T3/E3 Network Module is supported in all Cisco IOS feature sets, and
there are no additional memory requirements.
