Can not connect to 1900 router using Cisco Configuration Professional

I am having Cisco 1900 router.  For configuration purpose I have installed Cisco Configuration Professional software. I have connected the router using USB cable. I could configure the router using hyperterminal on the same PC.

But when I run Cisco Configuration Professional software the software could not detect the router on com1.

How to resolve this problem?

Hi Anirudha,

First check driver of USB to Serial converter.

Then check its connectivity from device manager, you will get know which port is connected.

Usb drivers are proper. It created com1 port. I can access through that com1 to the router using hyperterminal.
