Hi all

Is it possible to extend a vlan between 2 sites using routers, via serial, Ethernet or frame relay, its none mpls so eompls is not possible

Why do you need to extend the vlan? Why not route between the 2 sites.

Yes, it's possible. It can be archived with l2tp or otv, depends on  router hardware platform.
