Card type command not accepting

We are unable to run the Card Type command on Cisco 2811 Router the IOS Image deployed is c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.124-22.T.bin
Kindly suggest.

Perhaps it would help us figure out the problem if you would tell the exact command you try to use and the exact response that you receive. It might also be helpful if you would post the output of show diag from the router.

We are trying to give the card type on our NM module. Logs are attached.
As per Cisco Card type command is supported in 12.4 T Image.

Hi,
you need to contact the TAC on this issue, as it is not normal that the module is not recognized. In the manwhile you can try another image.

Hi Navinder,
Please post the exact command and the error that you are getting.
Would it be possible to attach 'show run' as well? You may mask any IP addresses or passwords from the config.
