Dear I have a CIsco CGS2520 switch I want to configure external alarm in it for relay I have entered the following commands in global config mode
alarm relay-mode negative
alarm facility power-supply rps relay major
After that I have connected the alarm port with relay by using following combinations of wire 7 , 6 and 7 , 3 but I could not get any alarm from switch.
Kindly help me to resolve the issue
