Hi Team,
Has anyone ever changed the iOS sdwan of an Isr4221/k9 to IOS XE?
If so can you share the method with me?

It can be done but Cisco has kept the documentation private.
Post the complete output to the command "dir". There are files that needs to be deleted so the router can boot up autonomous.

I have downloaded the IOS XE version
isr4200-universalk9_ias.17.02.01r.SPA.bin .
That I booted on a usb in FAT32 .
But I can't see the usb key to boot.

Please read my response carefully.
I never, ever, asked to see the contents of the USB thumb drive. I want to see the contents of the router's flash/bootflash.
NOTE: And I do not like outputs in screenshots either.

If this router has a config, back it up externally.
delete /f /r bootflash:.sdwaninstaller/
And then reboot the router.
