Hello,
I bought Cisco 1921, but I don't know password to this router.
Reset button doesn't work and I can't go into rommon mode - ctrl+break, ctrl+c, special command -> break (in PuTTy) doesn't work also.
How can I restore factory settings or go into rommon mode?

Thanks for your answer.
I couldn't go into rommon mode. I've read that it can be issue of my RS-232 cable or rs232 to usb converter. So I used another cable and another converter and DONE! It works. Router has new factory configuration.

I'm new here, and a student. I purchased this router and have the same problem, but for some reason, I can't access this link. I would appreciate it if you could help me with this.

That link takes you to dcloud and I can not help you with access to that facility. But I can try to give you some help. Can you be more clear what issue you are experiencing? The Original Poster was having problems accessing the console and it turned out to be a problem with the cable that he was using. Is it possible that you are having the same issue? Note that while the console connection looks like it would be an Ethernet cable. But a standard Ethernet cable does not work for Cisco console connection. You need a special console cable.

If you are looking for the step-by-step procedure how to reset the password then you find the official document here:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/routers/3800-series-integrated-services-routers/112058-c1900-pwd-rec-00.html
As Richard mentioned you need a console cable which are also often called rollover cable. The ones from Cisco are flat with a light blue color and easy to differentiate from ethernet cables. If you need more specific help then please tell us where exactly you get stuck.
