Cisco 2901 log: EHWIC IPCORE PLL PLL Failed to LOCK in 0/2/0 ehwic slo

I installed a new PID: EHWIC-4ESG  on a cisco 2901 , but it is not showing up in the  sh ip interface brief 

Getting below message in the log:

EHWIC IPCORE PLL PLL Failed to LOCK in 0/2/0 ehwic slot

Any suggestions on how to fix it

Cisco 2901 version is: C2900 Software (C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.4(3)M1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

Looks like card not recognising. reload the device (capture complete boot log and post here)
