Cisco 4331 Netflow Commands

Greetings,

Trying out these new Cisco 4300 series routers and apparently some commands have changed... to be more specific I am trying to configure netflow and none of the traditional commands work:

#conf t
ip flow-export source gig 0/0
ip flow-export version 5
ip flow-export destination 10.1.1.40 (port #)

int gig 0/0
ip flow egress
ip flow ingress
ip route cash-flow
#exit

I can't seem to find an admin manual for these, can someone please tell me what the new commands are?

Kind regards,

Juan

The ISR43xx/44xx routers run IOS-XE which only supports Flexible Netflow (FNF).  Here is the configuration guide:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/fnetflow/configuration/xe-3s/fnf-xe-3s-book/fnf-fnetflow.html

Guys,

We have configured Netflow on Cisco 4321 Router, the collector is receiving logs for Gig port but not for serial interface. Please help weather we need any special configuration to get netflow logs from serial interface.

Hi Mohammed,

did you get a solution for this issue. I have the same issue where I am not getting flows collected on the serilal interafce but works fine on the gig ethernet ports on the isr4321's

Hi,

Yes this got resolved, this is IOS-XE bug, open TAC for the same and report the issue.

HI Mohammed,

What is the fix for the issue ?  Do you have Bug reference no. ?

Thanks

Flexible NetFlow is what you need if you are sure your device and IOS supports it. Here is a sample NetFlow v9 or Flexible NetFlow configuration:
