Helio @ITVC,

I hope this discussion I found in the community can help you:

Redards

Hi luis_cordova, I had already read this post, I already tested the line with another identical router (same model itself firmware) which connects beautifully, so it is not a configuration issue, but rather I think the problem is in VDSL router controller.
Thanks for the tip,

Hello,

the flashing CD LED means that the modem is searching for a synchronized connection with the provider DSLAM.

Have you tried using another cable (preferrably that from the working router) ? To be on the safe side, also check with the ISP to make sure the line itself is working...

OK but this flashing CD LED is very slow monotonous

Yes the same

With the same router, the same Cisco C887VAM-K9 (firmware router and configuration) same line works all, and the CD LED flashes much faster, and when it's synchronized, the LED is solid green with an excellent connection.

It's a puzzle and I also can not update VDSL controller.
very kind thank you very much,

Hello,

of course there is always a chance that your 887 is broken (hardware). Is this a new device ?
