hi,

can you try inserting the ASR1000-6TGE in a spare slot or in a known working slot?

what was the previous IOS-XE version before the upgrade?

can you roll back to the previous working version to see if the module works again?

no need to "downgrade" ROMMON. just stick with the current firmware.

Hello , i already rollback to old ios xe version,

same issue, look like the cardline loss his firewall

and the router can’t access to cardline to know his status

Like being lost in space-time.

the router see the cardline as unknown

I think i need the only cisco team(programmer)

the can know how to access by binary program language.

hi,

did you try to insert ASR1000-6TGE module in other free slot?

you also mentioned you've tried inserting to other ASR1006 but showed 'unknown'.

i suspect it's faulty and that's a risk to consider whenever a code upgrade is performed.

just raise a cisco TAC/RMA if your ASR1006 is covered with smartnet.
