Hello @dwtdlt3000,
You need to copy a valid image on C2621 again.
You can now recover the C2621 IOS image using one of the following ROM monitor commands *assuming you have a bin file as C2621 IOS*
--xmodem: Use your computer attached to console port has a terminal emulator that has xmodem capability.
--tftpdnld: use TFTP server directly connected to the Ethernet port.
