Hi,
Any idea regarding the bug that we're hitting? CPU process is 99% and its causing a downtime on our network.
IOS version: c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-3.T1.bin

Might not be a bug. You may have hit capacity/performance limit of your router.
What model 3900?
What's aggregate interfaces bandwidth (when CPU maxed out)?
Using any tunnels?

Hi Seems you're right we tried to disable it temporarily the utilization went back to normal... .
