Configure License for router ASR 1001-X

I wanted to know how to install license XXXX.lic for Cisco router ASR 1001-X
Configuration syntax, the command needed to install license
Is there a detail guide for asr router

I try to add file license in my router cisco ASR 1001-x and not worked

this my syntax in my router asr:

router# license install tftp://C:/Users/Omar/Desktop/Company/License-ASR/XXXXXXXX.lic

He show me error:  

Error: license installed failed with timeout

what if you copy the license file to your flash or bootflash first and then install it from there ?

router# license install (boot)flash: XXXXXXXX.lic

that is not the correct syntax of TFTP

tftp://ipaddress/
