CUCM - Logging missed calls on phone

Hello!

Can you please help me, I'm new to VOIP:

We have Cisco CUCM version 12.5.1 with 7960 and 7911 phones. How can I see missed calls on the phone if the line is busy (talking with someone)?

SO called person is talking when I call him, the phone rings then I end up the call. The called person doesn't see my missed call on the phone. How can I configure this?

Hello every one !

We have Cisco CUCM System version: 14.0.1.10000-20. After we PM job, 

the function CDR Analysis and Reportingcan can not record the calls log. we already check and follow this link: support.voipdetective.com/support/solutions/articles/48000618409-enabling-cdrs-and-cmrs-in-cisco-call-manager
But this issue can not solve.
Can anyone with experience on this issue share with me?
