I did catch that part in the output of that page, but can anybody confirm if this output with their own C8300 and C-SM-16P4M2X?

100M - Speed or distance.

As per Ethernet concern do support 100Meg connection speed.

If you looking distance -

This is only Line card - does support Various SFP

Depends on the SFP Module installed - will be covering the distance.you looking to establish the links

If you using Ethernet CAt5/6 - that is the Limitation of Category cable you using - that should cover 100M.
