eigrp originating router question

hi, I have a question I cannot figure out.  I ran this sho ip eigrp top command and the originating IP address is no where on my network that I can find.  I looked at CDP neighbors, pings don't answer, traceroute doesn't turn up anything.  Any thoughts where that IP came from?

thanks,

sho ip eigrp top 167.174.148.0 255.255.255.0

The field for originating router is based on the router ID of the router that originated the advertisement. I was about to suggest that someone had configured the router ID for their EIGRP process and perhaps had fat fingered the address and that might be difficult to find the router. Then I noticed these lines of output

    Hop count is 0

        Originating router is 192.168.31.1

If the hop count is zero then it appears that the advertisement originated on your router. So would you please post the output of the command

show run | beg router eigrp
