Hi,
I am running EIGRP Protocol on my network. I came to know that some of my routes learnt by EIGRP are getting disappeared after sharp 30 sec of interval. I also observed that 2 of 3 routes from one router are disappearing and one route is coming constantly. Let me tell you somthing about interfaces that i am using sub-interfaces. All routers are connected with each other through GRE tunnel (Hub & Spoke).
Under eigrp, no auto-summary is being used.

Hi there.
If routes are being learned then dissappearing from your routing tables, you may have tunnels coming up and down, adjacencies timing out or interfaces flapping.
Have you tried running Show and Debugs on the routers?
First, pick one router try using Sh Int tunn to check for errors and ensure they are staying up.
I'd run the Sh IP EIGRP Neigh command to determine if you are getting adjacencies and then repeat this to find how long they stay up for.
Also Debug EIGRP Packet with Debug IP EIGRP Neigh {AS Number} {neighbour IP} is useful to show the handshaking for the adjacency.

For best stability and results, use OSPF not EIGRP.
Sorry if that is not what you wanted to hear, but it's true.
