We are trying to determine the End of Vulnerability/Security Support:HW for a Cisco ISR4451-X.
Following the eol documentation on the following link, it states February 8, 2022, is this correct: -

Not yet.
There are several reasons why 4k EoS has not yet announced and, in my personal opinion, they are:
For a question like this, my response would be "go buy Catalyst 8k routers". But I am now very cautious and reserve with response like this because no one knows for sure how the 8k are performing right now.
If there is a plan (and a lot of money) to go SD-WAN, then go buy Catalyst 8k routers because that is what they are targeted for.
Even though the 8k can support "autonomous" mode (non-SD-WAN), there is no guarantee autonomous is going to stay.
