EPC3010 Dual Tuner

We need a EuroDOCSIS modem that is capable of working with 8 bonded channelsl in two blocks of four; 4 bonded channels starting at 602MHz; and another 4 bonded channels starting at 706MHz.

From the spec sheet for the EPC3010 it seems pretty clear that this modem should do it, but I was fooled by a Thomson spec sheet for a similar modem.

Would somebody please confirm that the EPC3010 is capable of bonding 8 channels that are in two different spectrum blocks as described above?

I tried searching on "local Cisco sales office" and got the number 800-553-6387.

They forwarded me to 800-326-7114

They forwarded me to 800-553-2447

They asked me to call 303-309-9852

They forwarded me to 800-553-2447, which completes the loop.

It is the kind of run-around I was expecting which is why I asked here.
