Hi,

This looks like you could be hitting BUG CSCuv09985

You will need to look at the IOS versions to see how to fix

Use the CCO bug tool

Dear Alex,

Thank u for your response , I am having IOS (Version 12.2(33)XNF1 on my router , actually as per log there is crypto key failure so SSH is not working if i am enabling  telnet router is working fine as I enable SSH I am facing same issue same log are generated and router resets again and again

So do you want me to upgrade IOS to get problem resolved . In the given URL by you they have given description about the bug but no solution.

Regards,

Hi,

Just a wee hint - When you raise a discussion in the forum
make sure you state your exact model of device, exact IOS you are running and
explain any symptoms and what you are trying to do or commands you are applying.
It really helps others who are trying to offer an opinion.

I have had another look at your log and IOS/XE version.
Looks more like you have hit bug CSCtl70677

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCtl70677

This infers that the issue is caused by a cli trigger

It says that IOS/XE 12.2(33)XNF2e fixes the issue.

However you should look to upgrade your IOS to a much later version
as 12.2(33)XNF2e was releaed in July 2010

Find a later IOS that fits your memory, also on many IOS versions
Cisco show a well used suggested version with a blue circle and
yellow star. Importantly read the releasenotes before applying
any IOS upgrade

Hope this helps
