Factory reset a Cisco catalyst 3650

Am trying to factory reset a Cisco catalyst 3650, but am unable to delete the Vlan.dat.

The switch is in ROMMON. 

flash_init
load_helper
delete flash:vlan.dat

Reboot the AP & post the entire bootup process.
