Both PA-2H and PA-4T+ have been supported by the flexwan for a while now. I'm not sure which verion you are running. But, I hope that you are running relatively recent code on both Sup and MSFC. The flex-wan itself supports online insertion and removal (OIR), but not the PA. So, have you installed your PAs in flexwan and then inserted the flexwan into the switch or did you install the flexwan and then installed the PA into flexwan slots? Have you tried installing only one PA at a time and see what happens? Do you have any other known good PA that can be installed in this flexwan? Likewise, if you have another known good flexwan in your network, perhaps, you could try moving the PAs to that flexwan and see whether PAs are getting initialized. When you do ' show mod ' in the switch does it show ' status ' is OK for flexwan?

Thank yuo so much Nat. I was able to detect that IOS version i was running is 12.1.13 that is not compartible with flexwan x65xx-PA+ but only with x61xx-PA. I have to change the code to 12.2.17 for the module to be able to work or recognised. Thanks to Cisco widely docs that cover almost everything.
