Good!!! But I don't know if it is the right solution. My problem is that the interface's red led "AL" is light and I don't view the interface in the "sh run" therefore I had think to eject and plug-in the interface newly!!

For this type of card, need to enable the config.
Router#sh diag 1
Slot 1:
PA-MC-8TE1 Plus Port adapter, 8 ports
Port adapter is analyzed
Port adapter insertion time 00:02:17 ago
EEPROM contents at hardware discovery:
Hardware Revision : 2.0
PCB Serial Number : JAE073502RH
Part Number : 73-7549-02
Board Revision : A0
RMA Test History : 00
RMA Number : 0-0-0-0
RMA History : 00
Deviation Number : 0-0
Product (FRU) Number : PA-MC-8TE1+
Top Assy. Part Number : 800-19387-02
Enable either e1 or t1
Router(config)#card type e1 1
then should be okay.
