in my network i have different Networking equipment, like routers, switches and ASA all of them are using old IOS versions, I'm not a CCIE right now, i'm on it actually, so is there a way i can get updates for my IOS, how i can download the latest version of IOS?

The only way for you to download IOS from Cisco is when you have a valid Service Contract.
If your Service Contract covers you for, say, a 2960X-48PFD then this is the only IOS you can download and you will not be allowed to download the IOS for the ASA 5520X.
