I have 4510 cisco switch. One of the switch port was down last nigt for few time and now its up. So my customer is asking me how long it is up. i mean its up time how long. How can i get this information with out syslog server.

How about "sh ver"

take a look at switch log, if it has not been flushed you will be able to see when it went down and when it came up.

Use snmp walker.

You can use show version or snmpwalk of the MIB Object sysUpTime.
However, keep in mind that that sysUpTime is a 32 bit counter and will wrap after 497 days and start over again at 0.

You can do a show int link command and see the port is up. Logs will show when the port transitioned to up. The interface link command is best used to show how long a port has been down.

other than syslogging off to a box ...you could do as mentioned below (albeit it not very clear)
if you run show dtp interface giX/X/X
scroll to the Statistics section you will see;
Statistics
----------
0 packets received (0 good)
0 packets dropped
0 nonegotiate, 0 bad version, 0 domain mismatches,
0 bad TLVs, 0 bad TAS, 0 bad TAT, 0 bad TOT, 0 other
0 packets output (0 good)
0 native, 0 software encap isl, 0 isl hardware native
0 output errors
0 trunk timeouts
0 link ups
