How to find this particular patch version is vulnerable?

Hi,

I have used Cisco software to find vulnerabilities and patches but I don't understand one thing how to particular model is vulnerable. if these have specific versions how to find out if this particular model is vulnerable.

For example

WS-C2960S-48FPS-L 

WS-C2960S-48LPD-L

N9K-C93180YC-EX

ASR-1001-X Routers

Note : the More concern need to when the device is externally exposed to Internet (if the devices are behind firewall you are some what ok) - but again there is possibility internal threat.  if you are restricted environment that should ok for somelevel.
