How to register smart license in ISR4331 with IOS13.3.4

Hi everyone，I have a problem about register smart license in ISR4331 with IOS17.3.4.

I cant use the command"license samrt register idtoken <token>"，this command is unavailable，so how should I to do？Is there any other ways to complete it？

  authorization  Authorization
  clear          Clear
  export         Get or return an export authorization key
  factory        Execute Smart Licensing Factory commands
  import         Import authcode, policies, trustcode etc
  save           Save
  sync           Sync with CSLU/CSSM.
  trust          Establish trust between PI and CSLU/CSSM.

do you have connectivity to tools.cisco.com from this router? also try enabling smart license before registering.

thanks for your reply. Yes, I have enabled. but there are have no this command ,in other router we can see it.

For routers, Cisco Smart License is supported from 16.10.X (and later).

yes,my version is 17.3.4, I have creat a token from the smart account, but in the device I perform "license smart register idtoken <token>" this command is not available，but in another device which run ios 16.9.3 I can perform this command, so I dont know how to do,is there any other way to register smart license in ios 17.3.4? the follw is my CLI information
