how to reset password for cisco ASR 9901

I tried

ctrl + C
rommon 1> confreg 0x2142
rommon 2> reset
but he didn't accept the reset the i restart the router with power button then i found router suck in below

could any one help me how to solve this issue i restaert the router 2 time using power button and still same issue

Can you post complete boot Logs and look what is wrong ?

But currently i face issue with feature package after booting i didn't find any package like ISIS or MPLS
