I CAN'T PING ALL THE PC AND THE SERVER

Can you help me figured out what's the problem here? Because i can't ping all the pc and the server i configured all the router and all of them is good.

Check all PC and servers Gateway !

As example on PC0:

Gateway must be on the same subnet as the IP.

Other thing, you have a configuration problem between routers and their respective L2 switch!

Configure a Trunk on Switch side, on the interface facing the Router.

Configure a sub-intefrace on routers, on their interface facing the Switch; this is called Router On A Stick: https://ciscotracer.wordpress.com/2015/03/27/routage-inter-vlan-partie-12-router-on-a-stick/

Example for Switch0 and Router Ejay interfaces:

Modify IP Gateway of PC0, put 192.168.1.14 (IP Gw hosted by Router Ejay)

Ping your Gw as a test:

-- Re check ALL IP gateway on all PC

-- Re configure Switch1-2-3 interfaces facing their Routers like the example. 

-- Check the Server0 IP Gateway an the Franiel router configuration also

Check all PC and servers Gateway !
