I have not gotten PDF-Certificate

I have passed CCNA Collaboration (CICD-210-060, CIVND-210-065) on last October 25, 2018‎. But i have not gotten PDF-Certificate. What can i do now.

Log in with your Cisco ID and order soft copy of certificate its free.
