I have to install the Cisco 2800 with IOS ITP 12.4(11)
Please guide me what I have to configSWure for the ITP,This is the first ITP installation I am going to do.
Then I was trying to download the folling PDF,but it is asking the valid username and password,what ever I have it is not accepting,please download and send it to me.The link is given below.

I am able to login and its showing "Cisco IP Transfer Point (ITP) in IOS Software Release 12.4(11)SW (PDF - 11 MB)", but while downloading its also not accepting my username & password also.

Either the link or file doesn't exist.

Hi Medan, You may be rigth, but I am getting that file under http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/wirelssw/ps1862/products_feature_guides_list.html, but when I am tring to download that file with the help of CCO under url http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/itp/itp_12_2_18_ipx/12_4_11_SW.pdf not happening. I'm able to download the Release Note.
I think something screw up from where those files are stored.

Hi,
As mentioned, I can download the Release Note but not any other file in the link provided.
There seems to be some privilege problem. Either I'm not (and everybody else) allowed to download or even view the files or someone (from Cisco) made a mistake in providing access privilege to those files.
The next best thing to do is to contact Cisco and report the link.

Open CCO account,guess it's free.
Then send an email to :
itp-user-doc-request@cisco.com
and kindly ask for an access to ITP documentation.
