Hi,
I have Cisco 2851 router & need to allocate bandwith based on IP's. eg. 192.168.1.1 should use 7 Mbps & 192.168.1.2 should use 2 Mbps & 192.168.1.3 should use 1 Mbps. Let me know the configuration on how to execute it on a router.

Are these interface IPs? If so, you can hard code speed on the interface cards with command "bandwidth"

Interface fa 0/0 IP is 192.168.1.254, inside host ip's are 192.168.1.1, 192.168.1.2 & 192.168.1.3

I feel you are going to nat this ip for accessing internet, in that case u need have an incoming policy map created on LAN interface to mark desired ip with dscp values and on outside interface do the bandwidth allocation based on dscp values . Because of nat u can not do the same with ip.

please replace them with the public ip's. would that be possible to allocate bandwidth for individual ip's?
