IPv4 VRF based iBGP on cisco router

Hi, I want to configure IPv4 vrf based iBGP peering between CE router to another CE router to forward only specific client traffic via MW path to the aggregation.

You can do that if SP allow ibgp between CE and PE.

the CE-PE usually run eBGP not iBGP
and for eBGP VRF it simple 
PE already run VRF in BGP config for CE 
you need to use same VRF name in config of BGP in CE
