ISR4451-X/K9 Firmware upgrade

Hi All,

Can i directly upgrade ISR4451-X/K9 which is running isr4400-universalk9.16.06.04.SPA.bin to suggested firmware version isr4400-universalk9.17.03.02.SPA.bin.

Yes, it can be done, HOWEVER, read the Release Notes very, very carefully because there are added steps to the Install Mode process.

yes and follow below steps :

1. offload running config out of the box

2. read the release notes of upgrading version and features

3. make backup plan in case any failure

4. do this in maintenance window, since device required to reboot. (suggest to be onsite with console in case any issue - not always but suggested)
