Hello,

at first glance I would say you need to announce the networks below on the Core switch:

Old Core

router ospf 1

--> network 10.196.211.44 0.0.0.3 area 0
--> network 10.196.211.48 0.0.0.3 area 0

Hi,

As per your configuration, the OLD switch is not having neighborship with both new switches. Change as well:

router ospf 1

network 10.196.211.44 0.0.0.3 area 0

network 10.196.211.48 0.0.0.3 area 0
