L2 Extension Between Two sites

cloudlogics
Level 1
Level 1

I have two sites connected via a private MPLS. Site-1 has 2 PE devices and site-2 has a single PE device. I need to extend some of the vlans between the two sites. I am looking at implementing EoMPLS to accomplish this as it is two sites only and MPLS is managed by the company itself. My question is around L2 redundancy. I want L2 to stay up between the sites if a single PE device fails at Site-01(Ignoring single point of failure at site-02). If I setup a psudowire/x-connect from each PE at SIte-01 to PE-03 at site-02, would it cause any spanning-tree issues etc? I assume on PE-03 I can just add a "backup peer" command to accomplish this?

Please see attached.

No, its my organization managed. Now i have 2 PE on home to implementing, they are connected by lan cable on wan interface.
On my routers i have no optio to configure bundle-interface.

actually i have this scenario:

R1
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
GigabitEthernet0/0/0 unassigned YES NVRAM up up
Gi0/0/0.10 10.0.0.20 YES manual up up
GigabitEthernet0/1/0 unassigned YES unset up up
GigabitEthernet0/1/1 unassigned YES unset down down
GigabitEthernet0/1/2 unassigned YES unset down down
GigabitEthernet0/1/3 unassigned YES unset down down
Loopback1 10.10.10.20 YES NVRAM up up
Vlan1 10.75.76.252 YES manual up up

R2
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
GigabitEthernet0/0/0 unassigned YES NVRAM up up
Gi0/0/0.10 10.0.0.10 YES manual up up
GigabitEthernet0/1/0 unassigned YES unset up up
GigabitEthernet0/1/1 unassigned YES unset down down
GigabitEthernet0/1/2 unassigned YES unset down down
GigabitEthernet0/1/3 unassigned YES unset down down
Loopback1 10.10.10.10 YES NVRAM up up
Vlan1 10.75.76.253 YES manual up up

I have ping between loopback interface and Gi0/0/0.10 on both.

but have no pings between vlan 1. I try to configure a l2tp tunnel:

R1:

l2tp-class GNR
retransmit initial retries 30

pseudowire-class GNR
encapsulation l2tpv3
protocol l2tpv3 GNR
ip local interface Loopback1
ip pmtu

R2:

l2tp-class GNR
retransmit initial retries 30

pseudowire-class GNR
encapsulation l2tpv3
protocol l2tpv3 GNR
ip local interface Loopback1
ip pmtu

But, have no sucess to ping vlans. I have l2tp tunnel up:

L2TP Tunnel Information Total tunnels 1 sessions 1

LocTunID RemTunID Remote Name State Remote Address Sessn L2TP Class/
Count VPDN Group
1461291325 1650804468 R1 est 10.10.10.20 1 GNR

and routes :

10.0.0.0/8 is variably subnetted, 6 subnets, 3 masks
C 10.0.0.0/24 is directly connected, GigabitEthernet0/0/0.10
L 10.0.0.10/32 is directly connected, GigabitEthernet0/0/0.10
C 10.10.10.10/32 is directly connected, Loopback1
S 10.10.10.20/32 [1/0] via 10.0.0.20
C 10.75.76.248/29 is directly connected, Vlan1
L 10.75.76.253/32 is directly connected, Vlan1

On my routers i have no optio to configure bundle-interface.

what PE routers is this ? is this real or LAB ?
