L2TPv3 on ISR G2 Routers

Hello,

I have 2921 with SEC feature set ( version 15.0(1)M4 ) and want to configure l2tp tunnel, LAC to LAC scenario.

It does't have pseudowire-class command, Can you please tell me why ?

Does it require another license or commands ?
