Last reload reason: Critical software exception - CAT4507R-E VSS

Dear,

I have a Cat4507R-E in VSS configuration. suddenly it's reloaded.

When I was checking I found the next message below on Cat4500 in StandBy.

Last reload reason: Critical software exception

Another Cat4500 Active show the message below.

Last reload reason: Stateful Switchover.

Detalis : 

Switch Software (cat4500e-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version

ROM: 15.0(1r)SG10


I would like to kwon if this messages is a bug or particular issue before assistance with cisco TAC

we have this problem too. one switch in vss reload suddenly.. random, sometimes switch 1 sometimes switch 2..
