ME3400 - Tagged Trunk w/ QinQ

Ok, hoping someone out there is creative and hoping I don't have to add more equipment.

Here's the situation:

ME3400E <-- Carrier w/ Tag 590 --> ME3400E

The question is... is there *any* way to run QinQ over tag 590 where the ME3400s are able to utilize inside tags?  I don't think so... or at least not without doing some ghetto physical loop between two ports.

Any suggestions folks?

It's been a while since you posted this.. We have exactly the same scenario.. Did you ever get an answer?

We reckon that the "ghetto looping" idea will work, and although it feels wrong in every way, there's no technical reason why it won't work. And we can't think of any other way around it without adding another piece of kit behind each of the ME's.
