Merge two networks

Hello all 

I hope you all are fine 

I am new to this thing.here is my scenario

I have two network both are working as a ISP and both Provide internet to the users on VPN basis. what I want to do is I will take services of both ISPs and give to my network but on single infrastructure. If my client A want  to connect to ISP A he can connect , if my client B wants to connect to ISP B he can easily connect .

 Which Router I should use, 1812 or 1841 ?

what will be the configuration on router ?

Have you tried continues pinging IKE Peer IP and checked for any kind of drops ???

I want to deploy it I dont have anything in production environment like this

now coming to your options, I don't think you can purchase any of 18xx models now as these are end-of-Sale.
