Hello everyone.
I've the following case:
An ISP is providing a 20 MB MetroEthernet link to a client. The router has the configuration of this in a GE subinterface. There is not QoS, only the basic config. Althought there is enough bandwidth, Intenernet surfing is slow. How could I apply QoS to this MetroEthernet subinterface to optimize traffic passing through it?? how could i define bandwidth percentage usafe for WWW and other types of traffic to improve network performance?? Thanks.

Hi Andres,
To investigate the congestion lead, the following link should help: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/ios/qos/configuration/guide/congstion_mgmt_oview_ps6350_TSD_Products_Configuration_Guide_Chapter.html

Hi Andres,
You need to use Hierarchical QoS as you have less than the physical BW available (20M instead of 1G).
The following link will give you a detailed description about this feature and its implementation
