I need a help ASAP on the below setup.... please
Can i configure multilink on 2811 router with two internet links(2MB and 1MB) both termniated on 2811 router?

You can multilink ckts coming from the same isp, but that is a question for your isp. Some providers do not allow this. I worked with Telmex on a 4x T solution and had to run BGP for load sharing because they did not allow me to run multilink.

Yes you can, providing you configure both ends for PPP multilink:
Basically create a multilink interface:
interface multilink 1
ip address x.x.x.x
ppp multilink
ppp multilink multiclass
And assign to your serial interfaces:
interface serial 0/0
encapsulation ppp
ppp multilink group 1
interface serial 0/1
encapsulation ppp
ppp multilink group 1
