Additional bandwidth is required between two locations using frame relay. Remote location has a full T1 FR link terminating on a serial port. Host end has a DS3 link terminating on a Hssi port with many DLCI's. Can MFR be used with a additional T1 FR link at the remote end and a additional DLCI assigned on a subinterface at the host end.

Yes, but you have to find out from the provider if they offer that service or any other option as bandwidth aggregation. Different providers offer different services.
