NAT-Route and Separate Internet Traffic

Hello.....!

 Kindly look my attached network diagram

Router 1 is connected to our corporate network 192.168.1.0/24  we are connected into our data centre through a IPSec GRE tunnel VPN

I want to route all the internet traffic through router 2 but VPN should work remain same

Is it possible.? if yes how?

Router 1 current configuration for your reference

we have 2 public ip address one ip is reachable from everywhere one ip is not reachable only from Moscow. do you have any idea?
