Hello Experts,
Problem: need to connect to ISP line which uses IPoE (IPv4 over IPv6) protocol with MAP-E method.
ONU <--->(G0/0/0) Cisco ISR 4000 router G(0/0/1)<---> Firewall <---> LAN client devices
Here, the firewall provides NAT translation to all LAN client devices. Can anyone help with router interface configuration for this type of setup? Thank you so much in advance.

Hi Balaji,
Thank you so much for taking time to answer my question. My apologies if I did not provide sufficient details to the problem description.
1. Internally we would like to use IPv4. It is just our new ISP line requires IPoE (IPv4 over IPv6) protocol with MAP-E. In my understanding it allows to connect to ISPs virtual network VRF. I am not familiar with this setup hence I am asking for help.
2. NAT translation is done on the UTM firewall. Therefore, we don't need to setup any NAT on the ISR 4000 router. We just need to configure IPoE without NAT.
What I am looking for is an example config code for the router interfaces with explanation.
Big thanks in advance!
