New 4331 very slow and intermittent internet

Hello all,

 replaced a 2900 router with a new 4331 isr. Worked great for 5 days and then Became increasingly unresponsive. Reset to factory and started from scratch again and it works (local network works great) seeing some packet loss pinging external ip from an external network and it’s very slow loading web pages, I currently have the trial boost license. I have gotten the notice that I was approaching the license cap one time. Negotiation is set to auto.

any ideas what would be causing such slow speeds

what is the throughput level ?

We need some more information  to identify :

1. what kind of abdn width you have

2. can you post the 4331 config (post show version / show running config / show license ?)

3. when it was 2900 is that worked as expected ?

what you see any logs ?

Throughput is 300000

2900 started being unresponsive about two weeks ago

throughput should be 'level boost' if the license works correctly...where boost means unlimited...

as per the description looks like you have throughput license issue .

but that can only confirmed once we have configuration other information as i rquested on other poist.

and reboot the device.
